Griddle Philly Cheesesteak

Let’s make it

1. Pre-heat griddle to medium/high heat
2. take your sirloin and a sharp knife. Slice your sirloin into this strips. Dice your onion.
3. Apply a thin coat of olive oil to you griddle and begin cooking your onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. When your onion begins to change color add your steak to the griddle and cook to your preferred doneness.
5. Once meat is ready move it into a shape that resembles the shape of your bun and place the cheese on top. Once cheese starts to melt, place the bun on top and scoop up with your spatula.
