Surviving Dad Life uses your email address to send the recipes, videos, and updates you request. Signing up sends a confirmation email; you join the mailing list only after confirming.

Where your information goes

Brevo provides our mailing-list and email-delivery service. Your email address and subscription activity are processed there. Learn more in Brevo’s privacy policy.

The website uses a session cookie and temporary anti-abuse records to process signup requests. We do not put your email address in the signup page URL or public responses. Favorites are stored separately in your browser.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or request help or deletion by emailing jason@survivingdadlife.com. We retain subscriber information while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, Brevo may retain a suppression record to prevent further mail; delivery and consent records follow its retention settings.
